CephFS Service

You can use the CephFS service to model and deploy N-tier applications for a single tier.

CephFS applications require HTTPS protocol usage. This is tied to the CCM authentication. See Share Artifact Repositories for additional context.

See Storage as a Service for details on building your own storage.

General Settings

You can configure the Enable HTTP Repository field to use the out-of-box storage finder to access the HTTP repository using Port 8080.

Deploying CephFS in an Application

When using the CephFS service in an application, deploy using the Persist Private Key or the default, no preference, SSH option. You storage browser will not function if you use the Assign SSH Public Key option. See SSH Options for additional details.
