CloudCenter Platform Notices

Cisco supports CloudCenter Suite versions that were made available within the last 18 months.

After 18 months, the release will reach the End of Support (EOS) date – This means that there will not be any further patches and the TAC team will no longer have a copy of this version to test.

Once a CloudCenter Suite release reaches the EOS date, an additional 6-month best effort support is available. The end of the additional 6-month period denotes the End of Life (EOL) for each release.

Schedule for Currently Available Releases

The date the document that announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life of a product is distributed to the general public.

6 months ahead of the End-of-Support Date

February 16, 2020

Last Date to Download Software

The last-possible ship date that can be requested of Cisco and/or its contract manufacturers. Actual ship date is dependent on lead time.

EOS Maintenance Date

The last date that Cisco Engineering may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, Cisco Engineering will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software.

18 months from the Major Release date

August 16, 2020

EOL Date

The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.
