Known Issues

The following known issues exist in CloudCenter Suite 5.0.2:

  • When you log into the CloudCenter Suite and navigate to the Suite Admin, and open the Kibana log, you may not be able to view the logs. While CloudCenter Suite 5.0.2 OVA includes a fix to address this issue, you must install the CloudCenter Suite 5.0.2 files to avoid this issue. If you upgrade to CloudCenter Suite 5.0.2 and if you encounter this issue, you may need an additional procedure after upgrading your environment. To ensure that the issue is fixed in an upgraded environment, follow this procedure.

    1. Access the Kibana UI > Dev Tools.

    2. Enter the following line and click Play.

      DELETE .kibana
    3. Upload the kibana-searches.json file in Management > Saved Object > Import and the issue is addressed as soon as you upload the file.

  • If you see the following error message after upgrading the Suite Admin, you can ignore the error message by closing the popup. If you are connected to the Internet and to a default repository, you will be able to see the modules in the dashboard despite the error.

Error Unable to display modules in the dashboard. USE OFFLINE REPOSITORY.
